What do I need before subscribing?

Just a TradingView account — the free plan is enough. You enter your username before payment, and we validate its format in front of you. The indicator is added to that exact username, so if you type it wrong your activation will be delayed until you correct it with us. Channels only need a Telegram account.

Which markets do the indicators work on?

You can use the same indicator on gold, forex, crypto, and indices — you learn to read the signal once and apply it to every market you trade. The channels are dedicated: the SPX channel for SPX alerts, and the company-options channel for its options contracts.

Why isn't activation 100% instant?

KAM Trading indicators are invite-only, and TradingView provides no official API to grant that access automatically — the approval must come from the publisher's own account. So we keep it semi-automatic: the system prepares your request automatically and the team approves it within about a minute. That's the nature of the platform, not a shortcoming on our side. The channel link and email, meanwhile, reach you instantly.

Can I change my TradingView username after subscribing?

Yes — message support on Telegram and we update the username for you, with no effect on your subscription or its term.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes — the indicator looks exactly the same in the TradingView mobile app, and the alerts arrive as instant push notifications on the same device.

How do I join the private Telegram channel?

Right after payment, the bot sends you an invite link that works exactly once and is tied to your subscription — it cannot be passed on to anyone else. The private channel is fully closed and has no public link.

What happens when my term ends?

We send you a reminder three days before expiry. If you do not renew, your subscription ends when the term ends: the indicator no longer appears for you, and the bot removes you from the channel automatically — in a way that lets you come straight back if you renew later, with no need to contact anyone.

Is there a refund?
